Sprint 23

General Incident Updates

  • Created an email handler to process Techstores incoming emails
  • Created a custom search grid for DS SAS

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Created Service Teams business object
  • New billing field, "Legacy Storage Bill Amount" for VM CI Type added

Workflow Updates

  • Updates to the PAF email
