On Friday, January 27th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 34

Focus of this sprint was to rebuild task workflow and additional modifications, updates highlighted below:

General Incident Updates

  • Updated UWSC specifics

General Problem Updates

  • Added situation manager info button

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Added financial tab to services
  • Added CI update button to all CI's to submit request to update user info
  • Add related item pickers to primary/secondary administrator fields
  • Modified CI ownership fields to mimic situation manager fields
