WiscIT - Submitting Service Requests via the Self-Service Portal
WiscIT users are able to access Service Request webforms in the Self Service portal either via a Deep Link to a specific request offering, or by browsing the Service Request Catalog.
Access a Service Request via a Deep Link
Each specific Service Request workflow has a unique URL associated with it. Owners of each specific process at DoIT may access these URLs and include them as hyperlinks where appropriate, e.g. the it.wisc.edu Service Catalog, directly within their service, or in their service's knowledge documents. Where direct URLs are published if at all will vary based on the specific Service and/or Service Request.
