WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-06-19
On Friday, June 19th the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
Change/Config Enhancements
- CCI Virtualization Team was created.
- Tasks now jump to parent when clicking next status button in a task
- Fixed duplicate tasks being generated for server installs.
General Incident Updates
- New Sub Category VSIP (Voluntary Separation Program) created for UWSC Payroll
- Incidents that are in pending status for 14 days and have not been modified will be set to resolved. The customer will receive a notification that their incident was resolved.
- Tech Store Repair added a lookup table to store data about extended repair warranties
- Fixed the specifics for telephone install
- New user setup
Workflow Updates
- Student Pay Raise workflow updated, ownership was not set correctly on complete
- Recruitment's at a Glance development included one steps to advance workflow, updated UW Title lookup table, modified form
