On Friday, July 21st, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 44

General Incident Updates

  • Added another field to specifics for phone number and included in the email to UWC/EX.
  • Additional Customer Case Manager dashboard updates.

General Problem Updates

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Install windows licensing task change
  • Add admin notes to userinfo table
  • Updated onestep to get change stakeholders to use email field not email addresses field

Workflow Updates

  • Closure group functionality improvements
  • Recruitments at a Glance, made submitted by manager and accepted by finalist fields visible
