CloudFax - Error Sending International Faxes
If you attempt to send an international fax and receive an error similar to the one below, your account will need to be enabled to send faxes to international numbers via the campus CloudFax service.
"Your account is not authorized to send faxes outside North America. Please contact your administrator."
If you receive the error message above when attempting to send an international fax via CloudFax, please contact the DoIT Help Desk and request to have the international faxing feature enabled.
