WiscWeb - WordPress UW Theme - Asking Google To Crawl A Page Or Site

If you've added a new page to your site, or a page has significantly changed since the last time it was crawled, you can ask Google to crawl it.

When you need to update your pages or site within Google's index, use the following page for instructions to ask Google to crawl your page or site.

 
You may need to instruct Google to re-index your website so that when you make significant update to a page or website from its previous version it will display these changes. To accomplish this you may need to verify your website. It is possible that your website has already been verified with Google if you created a custom Google search engine (https://kb.wisc.edu/wiscwebcms/internal/page.php?id=32875).
