It is recommended you configure Outlook on your phone using the official Outlook Email App:

1. Go to either the Google Play Store on Android Devices, or the App Store on iOS devices, and search for the Outlook App from Microsoft
2. Install the Outlook App
3. When opening the Outlook App, enter your @wisc.edu email and you'll be prompted to authenticate with your NetID and Password and Duo
4. After authenticating you'll be signed into the Outlook application with your @wisc.edu email and can access, respond to, and write emails on your phone

Email can also be setup using the native "mail" or "email" apps on your phone, however this is not a recommended configuration as a large amount of functionality is lost not using the Outlook App. These connection methods are "best effort" support only. Some issues will require you to transition to the Outlook Email App.
