Telephone Activity Report - Understanding your report
How to read your telephone activity report (TAR)
There are 4 sections to the Telephone Activity Report:
- Subscriber-Account Overview - This section lists the people whose services are being charged. For services that don't belong to an individual person, the department name will be listed instead.
- Service Summaries - This section lists the types of services being charged. For the majority of UW-Madison users, this will only be Wireless services as DoIT does not charge for individual VoIP lines.

- Account Summaries - This section lists the accounts being charged.
- Detail for Accounts - This section lists the charge detail for each account being charged.
