ECMS - Changes to WiscVPN will affect those authenticating to the Imaging service from off-campus.

WiscVPN will be requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Duo starting on August 23.

WiscVPN is required to authenticate to the Imaging service using either the Perceptive Content desktop client or the Perceptive Experience web client from off-campus. See ECMS - Client System Requirements (https://kb.wisc.edu/ecms/31916).

What Will I Have to Do?
You will be required to authenticate via Duo when connecting to WiscVPN.

What if I Have Issues?
If you experience issues with connecting to WiscVPN after this change, please reach out to the DoIT Help Desk: help@doit.wisc.edu
These issues cannot be remedied by the Imaging team.
