General Student Services Fund Eligibility Application Materials

Last Updated: July 23, 2020

New and returning organizations must successfully receive/maintain eligibility in order to receive a GSSF budget.

The General Student Services Fund is electronic and found on ASM's website under Funding and then General Student Services Fund (GSSF) from May until it's official due date within the SSFC Calendar.
The most successful applicants are familiar with the Eligibility Criteria for GSSF organizations.

As with budgets, eligibility is granted for the next fiscal year. If an organization applies for eligibility in Fall of 2020, they are applying for the funding to be effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 fiscal year (FY22).

If you are a returning GSSF organization, see your eligibility timeline below:
Fall 2020  Fall 2021
Atheists, Humanists, and Agnostics Adventure Learning Programs
 Campus Womens Center  Badger Catholic
FH King: Students for Sustainable Agriculture  Live Free
MEChA de UW Madison  Sex Out Loud
Muslim Students Association  Student Veterans of America
Promoting Awareness Victim Empowerment  The Black Voice
Student Leadership Program  Wisconsin Association of Black Men
Wunk Sheek  Wisconsin Black Student Union

New organizations or organizations who have lost eligibility will have additional questions to answer within the application and will be considered a "current/returning" GSSF organization once the budget they were granted eligibility for goes into effect.

For accessibility reasons, we have a word document version of the eligibility application. Please email the ASM Funding Advisor to access this application method at ksteigleder@wisc.edu.
