CHM Travel & Professional Development Award

CHM believes professional development and the dissemination of research results are important. Therefore, CHM will continue to set aside funds from our very limited sources to cover the costs for registration fees, conference travel and other professional development activities.

Awards are limited to one award up to $2,000 per individual, per fiscal year, and will be awarded twice a year on the following schedule:

Criteria:

Anyone affiliated with CHM can apply

Priority will be given to:

• Individuals with matching funds (See examples below).
• Trainees (Graduate students, Postdocs, and Research Interns) of core/affiliated faculty with grants administered by CHM
• Individuals who have not previously received an award

Final decisions will be made by the Center Director
