Connecting to BrightSign to create or modify content on the interactive media wall

1. Open the website app.bsn.cloud.
   
   

2. Enter your email address.

   • Morgridge staff should enter their username in the format "username@morgridge.net." You will then be prompted to log in through Microsoft.
   • WID and UW staff should enter their username as "NetID@wisc.edu." You will then be prompted to log in through the UW sign-in page.
     
     

3. Select the "MorgridgeInstitute" network from the list.
   
   

4. From here you can upload content, modify presentations, and more.

1. Open BA connected.

2. Click "Connect to BSN.Cloud" in the top right of your window.
   
    

3. Enter your email address.

5. From here you can upload content, modify presentations, and more.

Presentation Settings

• There is a template presentation you can use to create content. Please make sure to "Save As" when making modifications.

• When creating a presentation set the "Target Player" to XC4055.

• Set the layout to 3 screens.

• The screens should be oriented landscape from left to right.

• The dimensions of the screens should be set to 3840x2160 pixels.

  • These dimensions are used because each pair of screens is controlled by a single input, and the screens need the aspect ratio to be 16:9.

• When creating and aligning zones you should enter the pixel size and location. Drag-and-drop is not a reliable and consistent way to size and arrange objects.
