Scheduling presentations for the media wall

Log into BrightSign (Connecting to BrightSign to create or modify content on the interactive media wall

Navigate to the Schedule page.

Make sure the "Video Wall" group is selected.

Select the presentation you want to schedule and drag it onto the calendar.

• Make sure that the presentation you are scheduling DOES NOT overlap with the scheduled "Power On-Off" presentations. These run from 6:45am - 7:00am and 8:00pm - 8:15pm. These presentations contain settings to turn the displays off when the building is closed and turn them back on in the morning.

• You'll notice a symbol on the presentation that is not present on the placeholder presentation. This indicates that the added presentation will override the presentation currently scheduled.

  

  

Use the Schedule menu on the right side of the screen to more finely adjust the time. You can also configure the presentation as a recurring event.

Once the presentation has been set on the schedule click the Publish.

You can check the box to hide the BrightSignOS Update window. DiscoverIT will handle updates.

Monitor the status bar at the top of the window and ensure the schedule is properly published.
