Connecting an iPhone or Android phone to the WIDMIR network

Instructions for connecting to the WIDMIR wireless network with an iPhone or Android phone

If your phone is currently running Android 11, these instructions may not work. If they don't, contact DiscoverIT.

If you have an Android phone, match the settings on your phone to the picture below.

Your username and password are the ones you received from DiscoverIT.

If you do not have the "(unspecified)" certificate option, select the option to not verify the certificate.

Android Wifi login

iPhone

  1. Open your Wi-Fi settings and select "WIDMIR".

    Select Network

  2. Enter your Discovery username and password.

    Enter Credentials

  3. Click "Trust"

    Trust Certificate

  4. If you have multiple devices, select iPhone.

    Select Device
