We are excited to announce the deployment of TeamViewer Host to Windows 10 and MacOS devices!
TeamViewer is an intuitive, fast, and secure service for remote support. We now are offering spontaneous support via Help Me in the TeamViewer Host app.
To initiate a support case, simply double-click the TeamViewer logo in the Notification area or Status Bar, click the Help Me button, add your description and press Request support.
DiscoverIT is notified of the case within seconds, and someone will be assigned to your case shortly.
NOTE: All connections, screen sharing, and file transfers of attended sessions require End-User approval via prompts.
