Enrolling in Workspace One

Instructions for enrolling in Workspace One (MDM service).

Note: Enrollment works best using Safari.

Note: You will need your administrative login to complete these instructions.


  1. Open Safari and navigate to https://mdm.wisc.edu/enroll/welcome

  2. Select the Group ID option

  3. Enter "morgridge" for the Group ID. NOTE: The Group ID must be all lower case

  4. Log in with your UW NetID

  5. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu. If you are unsure, select "Corporate - Shared"

  6. A download will automatically start and direct you to System Preferences

  7. In System Preferences click Install

  8. Click Install

  9. Enter your admin credentials when prompted

  10. You'll see multiple Profiles added to your computer

  11. Your computer will then automatically download and install Workspace One Intelligent Hub

    You can tell that it's finished when you see this message asking you to allow notifications

  12. You have now fully enrolled in Workspace One. You may close your web browser and System Preferences
