RHF Quantum Vended Laundry Software
Instructions for RHF staff to set up Quantum Vended laundry monitoring software
Using the Quantum Software
- Connect to UWNet using your laptop's WiFi connection
- Launch Palo Alto GlobalProtect to connect to the UW-Housing Network via VPN. You must establish a VPN connection before launching Quantum and trying to connect to the server.
- After establishing a VPN connection, launch the laundry alert software and import data from the desired laundry machines.
- Once data collection is complete, close the Quantum software to ensure that the new data synchronizes back to the server. Failure to exit the software before leaving the current location can result in corrupt data being uploaded to the database!
- Disconnect from the VPN connection before leaving your current location. You will need to reconnect to VPN at the next location.
