Campus Active Directory - NetID User Authentication
Campus users (NetID) are automatically provisioned and managed in the Campus Active Directory.
Logging in with a NetID
Your Campus Active Directory username will be your NetID.
When providing a NetID credential to a host joined to the Campus Active Directory, username should be entered in one of the following formats:
- NetID@wisc.edu (Recommended)
- AD\NetID
All users will enter the password associated with the NetID account in the Password field when connecting to Campus Active Directory.
Note: The password associated with this credential is the same as your NetID password. If you need to reset your NetID account password, see NetID Account Recovery (Password Reset).
