Office 365 (Outlook 2016 | Outlook on the web) - View Calendar Event Last Modified Information
If more than one person has permissions to create events on behalf of another account, there are times when you need to know who created/modified an event.
Depending on the client you are using, you may see certain details.
Outlook on the web | Outlook 2016 for Mac
Currently, these two clients do not provide any last modification information.
Outlook 2016/2013 for Windows
Note: This information is returned when you double-click on an event - it will be located at the bottom right of the window.
User A (owner of calendar): no modification information is presented.
User B who has read/editor permissions to User A: last modification date and user who performed the modification is returned.
User C who has full mailbox permissions to User A:
- If event was created/modified by User B:
- the editor credentials is returned, including the last modified data
- If event was created/modified by User C:
- the owner of the mailbox is returned, including the last modified date
