Office 365 (Outlook on the web) - new Outlook on the web interface

Microsoft is in the process of updating its Outlook web interface ( with a new look and feature set.

Important: From Microsoft - Starting on July 22, 2019, the new Outlook on the web will become the default experience for Mail, Calendar, and People and we will remove the opt-in toggle. With this change users will not be able to move back or see the classic experience. The roll out will be completed for all customers by the end of September 2019.

Is the old settings interface available if a setting cannot be modified in the new interface?

Yes - you can access the old settings interface by following these steps:

  1. Log into Outlook on the web
  2. Click on your account icon on top right corner
  3. Select "My account" from the drop-down menu
  4. Click settings gear icon on top right corner
  5. Select Mail from bottom of drop-down menu
  6. Set the desired settings

How an I provide feedback?

This feature is accessible within Outlook on the web > click on the " ? " icon located towards the top-right menu > scroll down to the bottom of the menu > click on "Feedback".
