This document provides instructions for tasks the user must complete after an HRS access request is submitted.
Requests to add access require the user to accept an electronic compliance agreement confirming they will use their HRS access appropriately. The user must accept the agreement within 6 calendar days after receiving the email or the request will be automatically cancelled and a new request will need to be submitted.
The user must have completed the Level 2 Credentialing process (Digital ID Identity Proofing and identity verification with DoIT) to access the compliance agreement.
User will receive an email from UWSystemHR@uwss.wisconsin.edu with subject Action Required: Compliance Agreement for Request [request number].

If you get an error after trying to open the agreement link, make sure you have completed the Level 2 Credentialing process linked above.
