Run One-Step for A Group of Records

One-Steps can also be run on a group of incidents. This is done by generating a list of incident results from a search, finding the one-step in the manager, and then right clicking and selecting "Run for Group". The one-step will run on each incident in list.

One-Steps can also be run for a set search, which can affect a large number of records. If you want to configure this, please contact the WiscIT Admins at wiscit@doit.wisc.edu.

  1. Open up the one-step manager. For information on how to do this, see WiscIT - Accessing the One-Step Manager
  2. Once in the one-step manager, find the desired one-step in the list of one-steps. Then, double click on the one-step to run it.
