Creating an account in Word Press for editing privileges.

The first step in the process is for you to establish your Word Press login. 

  1. Go to pharmacy.wisc.edu and click on the "Login" link and select "Faculty & Staff" in upper right corner of the header, and log-in with your NetID.

    1. To access WordPress you will need to be either hard wired to UW-Madison Campus network connection or use UW-Madison Global Connect VPN.  Windows VPN Connect directions | Mac VPN Connect directions

  2. Select the "Web Server" option to log into the SOP site in Editing Mode.
    Click on the "Web Server" link.
  3. You'll arrive at the WordPress Dashboard page. The first screen you may ask you to complete your WordPress Profile.

  4. Contact IIT via helpdesk@pharmacy.wisc.edu to give you access to the pages you need to edit.

Please note:  You will most likely see a message at the top of the screen saying that you do not have permission to load some plugins.  This message can be ignored.  If you do not like seeing it, click on ‘Dismiss this notice’.
