CSIS Reporting
CSIS (Continuing Studies Information System) is available as a reporting tool for units that continue to manage their noncredit programs within the system. Financial and enrollment reports can still be generated through CSIS reporting tools to support day-to-day operations and analysis.
With that said, Tableau is now the official reporting platform for all CERCLE clients. Tableau is a powerful, flexible, and user-friendly way to access and analyze your noncredit program data. Users can log in with their NetID to view interactive reports tailored to their program area. Users can apply filters, customize columns, save personalized views, and export data for further use. Training and documentation is available on the Tableau reporting KB page to help users transition smoothly to this new platform.
Getting Started with CSIS
If your unit uses CSIS and you don’t yet have a user account, please contact your program manager to begin the access request process. Authorized CSIS users can find detailed instructions for adding new users in the CSIS Directory KB article. If you’re unsure who to contact in your department, the Lifelong Learning (L3) Department Contact list can help you identify the right point of contact.
Many program staff already have CSIS access and are familiar with its interface, but if you’re new to the system or need a refresher, visit the CSIS Reports KB article (graciously created by Paul Miller, InterPro). This guide includes step-by-step instructions and screenshots to help you navigate and generate CSIS reports, and the specific fields available within each report.
