There are multiple ways you can customize how you interact with Titan, including general settings, keyboard shortcuts, default settings, and rendering settings. We will focus on configuring the document view default setting to “Fit Width” as an example. When you open a document in Titan for the first time, the default page view is “Fit Content.” Most users prefer to have “Fit Width” as the document’s default view.

    1. Navigate to a document in Titan. From the bottom tool bar, click “Fit Width”

Document view, with fit width option selected

Your document will now fit the view area.

    2. From the upper right corner, Click the User icon and from the drop down, select “Settings.”

    3. From the Settings menu on the left, click “Defaults.” The Defaults pane is displayed. Under Views, you have the ability to set your default view to the last active view, or to a specific user-defined view. To ensure documents will open in the “Fit Width” setting, click “Document default view” and select “Remember last run view.

User settings menu with defaults selected, views section visible and Document default view set to Remember last run view.
