Connecting to the GlobalProtect Client
- Click the GlobalProtect icon on the (top right) menu bar.
- If it’s not already there, enter the following Portal Address: smph.vpn.wisc.edu
- Click the Connect.
- Enter your UW Madison NetID credentials, then click the Sign In button.
- Enter the number 1 to send a Duo Push to device, or enter a MFA-DUO passcode generated from your device app.
- GlobalProtect should show the following message, when properly connected:
