Learning Space: Create Case

Create a new event under the cabinet

list of cabinets with physician assistant cabinet hilighted, at the top there are buttons +NEW and OPEN

  • Ensure to check enable this case
  • Case Name textbox is filled in with PA H&P and the Enable this case in Activity manager box is checked
  • FYI the case name is view able to students

Custom Content tab - this is where most items for the event are set up.

In the same Edit Case screenshot, the Case Content button is hilighted

  • SP Tab - what is posted on the inside computers
  • Pre-encounter learner tab
    • Select reuse and select setion

In the new item list, the reuse dropdown section is hilighted

    • Search PA door scenario for master template
  • PA Door sceario is selected from the dropdown

  •  Remove the old PDF by clicking in the field to edit than X button

After Intercom cue pop-up with an X button in the top right corner

  • Upload the new door scenario as a PDF by selecting insert media button

Pre-encounter learner tab is selected and the media button is hilighted

  • Choose PDF file to insert into door scenario

Choose File button is hilighted. EOR 3 Door Scenario 12 16 19 .pdf file is uploaded

  • Peer Evaluation - used for peer to peer.
    • Add the radial button- Did you watch the video

In the PA H&P 2 new item list, the radio button is hilighted and an example question Did you watch the video? is displayed with 2 radio buttons: yes and no 

  • Unchecked boxes.  
  • Set the weight to zero
  • Peer evaluation - checklist is built here
