NOTE:     Please save all work, and perform a fresh restart, prior to accepting the BigFix (TEM) Windows 11 Upgrade offer.

Launching the IBM BigFix Support Center:

• Method 1: Select the red "W" from the System Tray on the bottom right of the screen. This will launch the IBM BigFix Support Center. (see attached picture) 

• Method 2: Search for BigFix through the Windows Search Bar and click to open. This will launch the IBM BigFix Support Center.

Accepting Windows 11 BigFix (TEM) Offer:

• In the Offers tab, from the available list of software, select "Windows 11 24H2 Upgrade", then below that select "Click here to accept this offer". 

• Once the offer is accepted, the Windows 11 Upgrade installation will begin. Your computer will be restarted during this process. Please save all data to reduce data loss. The installation may take up to two hours to complete.
