ATP Workday Impact on CATT

CATT financial data will continue to be updated through the end of FY25. We are actively working on a replacement that uses Workday data, aiming to have basic functionality available this Fall. Action items/task tracking can still be utilized in legacy CATT for existing projects.

FAQ

When will legacy CATT be shut down?

CATT will continue to be available until a replacement is released sometime this Fall. Please note that the financial data from Shared Financials will no longer be updated after FY25. You will still be able to projects and enter memos/actions/attachments, but projects will not have updated financial data.

Why is CATT changing?

Legacy CATT received financial data from SFS, which is being replaced by Workday, and our data feeds need to be updated to use the new data and concepts. Until this retrofit work is complete and the new application is available, the data will be frozen as of the end of FY25.

Will I see the same projects? Will my existing memos/actions/attachments be copied into the replacement?

We intend on mapping projects to the appropriate driver worktag. We intend to copy over memos/actions/attachments. Our priority is to deliver a useful replacement as soon as practical. Migrating user data may come after initial release.

Where can I get updated financial reports in the meantime?

We will note specific reports here, but you can also see the page on ATP in SMPH Resources and Report Replacements.

What will the CATT replacement be called? Where can I find it?

The application replacing legacy CATT will be called BCATT. We will publish the link here and in the banner message of the legacy CATT.

Do you have any recommended workarounds?

As we become aware of workarounds, we will provide them here.
