CHANGE OF ADDRESS

To update your address, go to the Personal Information tile at the MyUW Portal. 


GRADUATE STUDENT HIRES (PA, RA or TA) 

Graduate Student Hire Forms should be sent to CAPS@sohe.wisc.edu 


STUDENT HOURLY HIRES

Student Hourly Hire Forms should be submitted to Susan Kitts, the Payroll Coordinator, in the Business Office 10 business days prior to the start date. 

Once the form is received and approved by Natalie Feggestad, the Business Office will enter the student into the payroll system.  (The Business Office will also verify whether the student needs to complete the I-9 process. If so, the student will receive an email from HireRight with instructions on how to complete the I-9 process online. The first step must be completed no later than the student’s start date. Upon completion of step 1, the student will receive an email from the Payroll Coordinator to schedule a meeting to present their original ID documents.  The meeting needs to be completed within 3 days of the start date.)
