Qualtrics Survey Hosting - Support
This document provides general information on getting help with the Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service.

Getting Help with Qualtrics
Users who have questions about using the Qualtrics survey software or data should consult the resources available at Qualtrics Survey Support. User experiencing issues with the Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service or who experience problems using the application can contact Qualtrics directly for assistance. Qualtrics offers support via phone, email and online documentation:
- Phone: 1-800-340-9194 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m.)
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org (limited support after hours/during weekends)

Users that would like to transfer ownership of surveys, create or change groups of Qualtrics users, or who otherwise need assistance from a UW-Madison Brand Qualtrics Admin can email email@example.com to facilitate these requests.
Requests to transfer ownership that do not originate from the survey owner will require the approval of the Dean or Director of the owner's former School/College or Department/Group.
