How to review Flex permit transaction history

This document shows how Flex permit holders can download a report of their parking transactions from the past 180 days. For permits assigned to UW–Madison campus garages or ramps.
  1. Go to transportation.wisc.edu/ebusiness. Click the Employee or Student Login. You will be directed to a log-in page. Enter your UW-Madison NetID or UW Health login ID and multi-factor authentication.

  2. After logging in, you will be returned to the parking portal main page. Click View Your Permits.

  3. Click your active Flex permit number.

  4. The next screen will show the current visitor parking value on your Flex Gated account. Scroll down and click View Activity History. The system will generate a PDF of parking transactions for the past 180 days.
