WiscIT - Migrating an Incident from Cherwell to Neurons
This document explains how to migrate an incident from Cherwell to Neurons before Cherwell is decommissioned.

Log into WiscIT. See WiscIT - Logging into WiscIT Powered by Ivanti Neurons for more information.

Open the Incident Workspace. See WiscIT - Opening a Workspace for more information.

In the toolbar click Cherwell Decomm Migrate Incident, then click Migrate Incident from Cherwell.
Note: This template is only published to the Service Technologist, SNCC Technologist, Select Agent Technologist, and ITSM Manager roles. Due to a large volume of open incidents, the WiscIT team will work directly with Network Services and Cybersecurity to perform their migration.

Fill out the incident fields accordingly.

Save the record. Once saved, a journal note will appear that refences the incident number entered at creation.
