WiscWeb - Updating Failed Error

The "Updating Failed" error could indicate that your page timed out when publishing.

Red error message that reads: "Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."

The error states: "Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."

Issue

Users may see this issue when publishing a page in UW Theme 2.0. 

Resolution

Please wait a few seconds and try re-publishing the page. Typically, this is just a momentary blip and things will publish eventually.
