"Sorry, there was a problem" error

Issue

This error is typically an indication that you are logging in to WiscWeb at the wrong location.

The error reads: 

"Sorry, there was a problem.

Unable to Respond: The login service was unable to identify a compatible way to respond to the requested application. This is generally due to a misconfiguration on the part of the application and should be reported to the applications support team or owner. 

If you continue to have trouble logging in, please contact the Help Desk or check the Service Outages page for more information."

Resolution

Make sure you are logging in at https://wiscweb.wisc.edu/wp-admin.
