UW-Madison Zoom - Getting Started with Zoom Scheduler
Zoom Scheduler is an appointment-booking tool that is separate from the standard meeting-scheduling feature in Zoom Workplace. It allows colleagues and guests to book time with you based on your availability. You can create a recurring booking page for standard availability, set up a one-off meeting outside your usual hours, or run an availability poll so group attendees can vote on a preferred time. Zoom Scheduler automatically syncs your calendar and generates a Zoom meeting link for every confirmed booking.
Note: This is an opt-in feature. To start using Zoom Scheduler, it must first be enabled.
Eligibility
Current faculty, staff, and students.
