Zoom's Whiteboard now includes AI features, which is a new way to work together visually within Zoom Workplace. This tool is great for faculty, staff, and students who need to plan, share ideas, and organize their work quickly.

Key Features:

  • Start Faster: The AI can instantly create basic objects like text, tables, sticky notes, or detailed diagrams (like flowcharts) right on your digital board.

  • Automatic Organization: If your board gets messy, the AI can help. It can clean up and sort your sticky notes automatically with one click.

  • Instant Summaries: If you select an area of your board, the tool can immediately turn that content into a summary, a list of next steps, or clear action items.

  • Turn Talk into Action: The AI can take notes or transcripts from your meetings and automatically organize them into a structured visual board, making it easy to see what needs to be done.

  • Number of editable whiteboards: Unlimited
