Engage - Support Options for Publisher Digital Learning Tools (DLTs) [UW-Madison]

This document outlines where to go for help with various publisher Digital Learning Tools (DLTs) used with Engage. Since more DLTs may be added, this should not be considered a complete list.

While the DoIT Help Desk and the Learn@UW-Madison team support the Engage tool, we will likely have to direct both instructors and students to the publisher for support on publisher Digital Learning Tools (DLTs). Please see the chart below for where to go for support. Engage is included for completeness.

If there are any issues with accessing the tool from Canvas, please contact the publisher’s support team and let them know that the tool has been acquired as part of UW-Madison’s Engage (or Inclusive Access) program. Purchasing the tool from the publisher is not required to get access.
