2:00 pm – 2:05 pm: Welcome, introductions, & meeting minutes volunteer

·         Welcome new members: Liza Chang, Tarakee Jackson, Alissa Oleck, and Peter Kinsley

2:05 pm – 2:10 pm: Approve Meeting Minutes (July)

2:10 am – 2:30 pm Chair/co-chairs and sub-committees

·         Take nominations for chairs/co-chairs. If we are ready we will vote for chairs

2:30 pm – 2:45 pm: Ask committee members to choose their sub-committee(s)

·         Events: event planning for 3-5 mentorship related events per year

·         Mentor-Mentee Match: facilitating the ask for mentors and mentee and making matches

·         Resources: helping with website improvements and posting linked in posts every 2 weeks

2:45 p.m. – 3:00 pm: Determine a few action items for the reoccurring tasks, and mentor match program.

3:00 pm Adjourn
