1. Chapter 11 of ASPP is devoted to the Personnel File. There is also an OHR policy (https://policy.wisc.edu/library/UW-5081) on personnel files that covers all employment categories. It might be worth taking a look to see if there are areas that may be worth putting in ASPP, and likewise possible feedback for the OHR policy.
