No business was conducted.
1.    Review recent ASEC happenings
   a.    ASEC has asked CEBC to update the paytools spreadsheet, review Rolling Horizons, and update CEBC related FAQ’s on the Academic Staff website.
   b.    Jason will update paytools to include Discretionary Compensation Fund (DCF)
   c.    Carol will reach out to ASEC to define scope of Rolling Horizons review
   d.    FAQ updates tabled until next meeting


2.    Updates on Assembly Meetings
   None

3.    Update on DCF Exercise
    ASEC requested that the Chancellor charge divisions & departments providing employees with information on the existence of DCF funds and how DCF they will be allocated.  Anecdotally many departments are complying

4.    Miscellaneous
    a.    Legislators will not allow Chancellor to award the 2% and 2% pay increases for state employees included in most recent state budget as an across the board pay raise.  No information is available on how the money will   be allocated.
    b.    Update on University Titling and Compensation, Consultants are mostly focused on providing market data
    c.    Report for ASA – CEBC helped push for more transparency in DCF, Members participated in ad-hoc committee salary compression (Ilia and Russel) and the work life survey (Russell).
