9:00 am. – 9:05 am: Welcome, introductions, and selecting meeting minutes volunteer

9:05 am – 9:10 am: Approve meeting minutes for March

9:10 am – 9:20 am: Review Annual Report

• Check-in on the goals listed in the ASMC annual report

9:20 am – 9:25 am: Mentor-Mentee Match (Justin, Alex, Alissa, Kendra)

• Any questions or topics for the committee?
• Review any new requests for mentors and mentees

9:25 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.: Events (Liza, Tarakee, Vanessa, Carmen)

• Any questions or topics for the committee?
• Discuss the 03/03 Social Gathering after event survey
  • Do we want to still send an after-event survey? Yes/No
  • If yes, let’s schedule a work block to create and send the survey.
• Plan upcoming event: Professional development event in Late April/Early May
  • Events sub-committee discuss availability and schedule working sessions.
  • Review the Event checklist and distribute roles and responsibilities
  • Work towards confirming the agenda  and creating a Request for space and prep request to HR
