Problem

Cant scan to email on the printers or any printer that has their own domain name

Solution

• Check the domain name of the location for the printer you are servicing. Sometimes, they are in a different domain than the ad.wisc.edu 

• Change the domain name under DNS settings, either:

  • Remotely: Put in the IP address in your web browser.

  • Manually: Be at the printer. 

• ASM's domain name is rso.wisc.edu
