Public Cloud Team WiscList Migration Announcement

UW Public Cloud team will be migrating its WiscLists

Beginning in early November 2020, the UW Madison Public Cloud team will be moving our existing WiscLists which support the public cloud accounts, as part of the WiscList Migration project (https://it.wisc.edu/it-projects/wisclist-migration-project/) 

This change is happening because the WiscList service will be retired by the end of this year. 

Users of the current Cloud Wisc Lists will be migrated and will continue to receive emails as before, although they will now arrive in your Inbox as the <listname>@g-groups.wisc.edu rather than <listname>@lists.wisc.edu.

If you have set up any email filters depending on the list name, they will no longer work correctly, until modified to handle the @g-groups.wisc.edu domain.
