macOS Sonoma (14.0) issues
After upgrading to Sonoma some users have reported being unable to log in.
We have found that restarting the Mac fixes the issue.
We do not recommend upgrading to Sonoma until version 14.1 is available.
Phishing Awareness
Always be on the lookout for phishing emails. There have been increasing cases of phishing emails appearing more legitimate.
If you do receive them, they can be reported following these instructions: Phishing Email Reporting.
If you are ever unsure if an email is legitimate or if you end up falling for a phish, please let us know ASAP.
Migraine Vulnerable Macs
A vulnerability with Macs was found recently called Migraine.
If your macOS version is lower than Ventura 13.4, Monterey 12.6.6, or Big Sur 11.7.7 please update your Macs as soon as possible.
We will also be contacting everyone with Macs that are currently vulnerable.
Conference Room Updates
We will be updating 3360, 4360, and 3310 later this year.
