LastPass - Do support staff have access to my stored accounts?

1Password is replacing LastPass as UW-Madison's supported Password Manager. 1Password was selected for its intuitive user-friendly interface, robust set of features, and excellent track record in safeguarding sensitive data.

Your vaulted accounts are only accessible by you.

No. LastPass Support, UW LastPass Administrators, and DoIT Help Desk staff will not be able to see or access the accounts stored within your LastPass Vault. Items stored in LastPass are only accessible by others if you have specifically chosen to share with them: LastPass - Share an item
