Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) - Service Description
This document gives an overview of the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) service.
The Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) is comprised of two distinct sections: a public website which catalogs scholarship opportunities available across campus and a student app where students can find, apply for, and accept scholarships.
The Wisconsin Scholarship Hub can be accessed at https://wisc.academicworks.com/ and is available to all UW-Madison applicants and students with active NetIDs. It can also be accessed via the "Student Financial Resources" app in MyUW.
The campus-wide Common Scholarship Application allows students to match with scholarships for which they're eligible and to complete applications for multiple scholarships at once.
The DoIT Help Desk will assist visitors to the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub website with technical issues, including problems viewing the website and possible outages of the website. The DoIT Help Desk will not assist with questions about the scholarships themselves or the financial aid process.
For questions about specific scholarships, contact the School or College. For questions regarding the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub website, contact the Scholarship Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org). For general questions about scholarships or the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub, contact the Student Financial Aid Scholarship Office:
The Wisconsin Scholarship Hub website should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the scholarships displayed on the website are only updated once a day. Changes to scholarships made by scholarship officers will take up to a day to appear on the public website.
