DoIT Shared Tools - Confluence Wiki - How-to Create a List of Pages in a Space

When reviewing a Confluence space, a list of all the pages in the space is helpful. This can be used to keep track of the status of a review and the pages you want to keep. One way to create a list of all the pages, is to copy the page tree from the custom HTML export option.

There are different ways to export content from Confluence. To copy the page tree, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the space and choose Space tools > Content Tools from the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Select Export
  3. Select HTML > Custom Export
  4. Copy the list of pages on the page
  5. Paste the list of pages into your preferred platform (e.g. spreadsheet) and customize the document to support your needs
