- Access is required to create events using the Webex Events Platform
- If you are the Event Organizer, please request access on our Qualtrics Form
Webex Events Platform
- To start creating your event, navigate to the Webex Events Platform
Notes
- Make sure you are in the University of Wisconsin Organization and not your Personal Organization if one exists
- UW-Madison has a UW Branded App (UW-Madison Events) and is active for all teams to use for their events.
- This app can be found in the iOS App Store and Google Play Store called UW Madison Events
Live Event Troubleshooting
- In the Webex Events platform, click the Cisco AI Assistant in the top right to launch the Cisco AI Assistant
- Choose "I need help with a live event"
- Choose "Event Organizer"
- Select how you'd like to be contacted
- Email or Phone
